Detailed Return Policy – HM Custom Packaging

At HM Custom Packaging, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and therefore we have created a clear, fair, and customer-friendly return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for all products, whether defective, damaged, or if you are simply not satisfied.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all packaging materials included.

  • Customized or personalized packaging may be eligible for return only if it arrives damaged or defective.

2. Return Window

  • Customers may return products within 180 days from the date of delivery.

  • Any return requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

3. Return Cost

  • All returns are free of charge.

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.

  • No hidden fees or restocking charges will be applied.

4. Return Method

  • Returns can be made by mail using the prepaid return shipping label provided by HM Custom Packaging.

  • Currently, we do not accept in-store returns or drop-off location returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 40 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team.

  • Exchanges are processed only for products of equal or lesser value. If the exchange product is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid before shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hmcustompackaging.com with photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will provide instructions and ensure a replacement or refund is processed quickly at no cost to you.

8. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@hmcustompackaging.com within 180 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label.

  4. Pack the product securely and attach the return label.

  5. Drop off the package at the nearest courier location or arrange a pickup (depending on courier availability).

  6. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
