You agree not to include any image, text style, design, or copyrighted work of any third party in your products without obtaining permission from the owners. You guarantee that your products do not infringe on any rights of third parties, including copyright, trademarks, or the right to privacy, and that you have all required permissions.
By placing an order on this site, you authorize HM Custom Packaging to produce the products on your behalf, ensuring you have the necessary permissions.
Customer Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or transmit through the site. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of HM Custom Packaging or any third party.
You grant HM Custom Packaging a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the purpose of processing print orders. HM Custom Packaging reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or may otherwise be objectionable.
Design Files
HM Custom Packaging provides design files at a 72 DPI (low resolution). If you need higher resolution design files, please contact sales@hmcustompackaging.com for a quote.
Customer-Submitted Artwork
Artwork and designs should be submitted in CMYK format with at least 300 DPI. HM Custom Packaging is not responsible for any color discrepancies when converting RGB to CMYK. We are also not responsible for distorted or pixelated images due to customer-provided artwork.
Proofing and Matching
Before printing, customers must approve the final design proof and job specification sheet. After placing an order, you will receive the final proof and specification sheet via email. It is your responsibility to check all details, including spelling and design elements.
HM Custom Packaging is not liable for design or spelling errors that are not identified during the proofing process.
Materials
The materials used in printing are not food-grade. If you have specific food-grade requirements for paper stock, please inform us in writing before placing your order.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for layout approval prior to printing. HM Custom Packaging is not liable for errors in printed products caused by incorrect graphics orientation, font usage, spelling errors, or color accuracy.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HM Custom Packaging harmless from all claims, liabilities, and costs arising from the use of content you have provided for products, including any infringement on third-party rights.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled prior to the printing or shipping stages. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage. HM Custom Packaging will inform you of any cancellation fees, which may vary based on when the order is canceled in the production process.
Design Orders
Once an order for design services is placed, no refunds are available for design-related services.
Returns and Refunds
As all orders are custom-made, sales are final. If HM Custom Packaging makes an error, we will correct or reprint the order at no additional charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for other reasons.
Reprints
Customers must notify HM Custom Packaging within 3 business days of receiving their order if there are any defects, damage, or missing items. We will only accept reprints if the customer has returned at least 99% of the items within 10 days of delivery, at their own expense.
Order Shipping and Delivery
HM Custom Packaging offers multiple shipping options, including Standard, Priority, and Express services. Shipping times are not guaranteed for Standard Service, but Priority and Express orders are guaranteed to ship within the specified time frame after final proof approval.
HM Custom Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, shipping company issues, or customs delays.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HM Custom Packaging does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the site.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HM Custom Packaging or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or use arising from the use or performance of this site.

HM Custom Packaging observes the following holidays:

Damaged and Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for inspecting their packages upon receipt for any damage or missing items. Claims for damaged or missing items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. HM Custom Packaging is not liable for damages caused by third-party shipping errors.
By using the services of HM Custom Packaging, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
