- Custom or bulk packaging orders may require additional processing time depending on design approval and production schedules.
- If there is a delay due to high demand or supply issues, our team will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (12–18 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
- Overnight / Priority Shipping: Available in select areas. Please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: We ship across all 50 states within the U.S.
- International Shipping: If you are an international customer, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
- We do not ship to restricted countries as per U.S. trade regulations.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- We take great care in packaging your products. However, HM Custom Packaging is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
- If you received a damaged order, please:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged items.
- Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once production/shipping has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
